ROASTED TOMATOES PASTA

Roasted Tomatoes Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.5 oz ) of Diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Hot cooked pasta
  • Shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Place the tomatoes in a greased 13 in. x 9 in. baking dish, Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with onion, garlic and seasoning; toss to coat. Spread in a single layer.
  2. Bake, uncovered, at 350 grades for 20-30 minutes or until heated through, stirring twice.
  3. Toss with hot cooked pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese at serving time.
