SLOW COOKER CHEESY CREAM CORN

Slow Cooker Cheesy Cream Corn

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs frozen corn.
  • 2 Red Bell Pepper, chopped.
  • 2 tbs butter.
  • 1 tsp salt.
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin.
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper.
  • 1 green onion, chopped.
  • 3 oz. cream cheese, cubed.
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese.

Directions

  1. Coat inside of slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Combine corn, bell peppers, butter, salt, cumin and black pepper in slow cooker. Cover ; cook on High 2 hours.
  3. Stir in cheeses. Cover; cook on High 15 minutes or until cheeses are melted. Garnish with green onion.
