Honey Lemon Chicken
- 6 chicken pieces (things or legs)
- 3 tbs lemon juice.
- 2 tbs honey.
- 1 tbs olive oil.
- 3 garlic cloves, minced.
- 1 tsp dried oregano.
- Place the chicken in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
- Combine the lemon juice, honey, oil, garlic and oregano; pour over chicken.
- Bake, uncovered, at 375 °F for 45 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 180 °F and chicken juice run clear, basting occasionally with pan juices.
