Maple Bacon Mashed Sweet Potatoes

  • Servings: 4
  • Difficulty: Easy


  • 4 sweet potatoes.
  • 1 tbs softened butter.
  • 2 tbs milk.
  • 4 tsp maple syrup.
  • 1 1/4 oz. cooked bacon.


  1. Pierce each potato with a fork 3 to 4 times on each side.
  2. Wrap each potato in a damp paper towel. Microwave at High 8 minutes. Cool slightly.
  3. Cut potatoes in half; scoop pulp into a bowl. Mash pulp. Stir butter, milk, and syrup into potato pulp. Top with bacon.
