QUICK AND EASY TUNA RICE

Quick and Easy Tuna Rice

Ingredients

  • I1 package (10 oz) frozen green peas, thawed.
  • 1 1/4 cup water.
  • 1 can (11 oz) condensed Cheddar cheese soup.
  • 1 can (12 1/2 oz) tuna, drained and flaked.
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube.
  • 2  Roma tomato, cubed.
  • 1 1/2 cup instant rice.
  • Garnish with green onion.

Directions

  1. Bring peas, water, soup, tomato, tuna and bouillon cube to a full boil in medium saucepan. Stir in rice. 
  2. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
