Six Layer Salad

Salad
- 1 packet of mixed salad greens.
- 1 cup tomatoes, chopped.
- 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese.
- 1 can (15 oz.) green peas, drained.
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced.
- 1 cup fully cooked cubed ham.
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
Dressing
- 1 large ripe avocado, peeled and sliced.
- 1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream.
- 2 tbs lemon juice.
- 2 garlic cloves, minced.
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin.
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp salt.
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper.
Directions
- In a large glass bowl, layer salad ingredients.
- In a blender, combine the dressing ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Serve with the salad.
