Peach Cobbler

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted.
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans sliced peaches in light syrup.
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour.
  • 1 tsp baking powder.
  • 1/2 cup sugar.
  • 1/4 cup milk.
  • Caramel syrup or (Dulce de Leche) for optional garnish.


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F . Coat a 9 inch square baking dish with all unsalted butter. Set aside.
  2. Drain peaches and reserve 1/2 cup syrup. Set aside.
  3. Combine flour, Baking powder, sugar, 1/2 cup peach syrup and milk in a bowl. Stirring well.
  4. Pour batter evenly over baking dish. Add peaches over batter, do not stir. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden. When ready let cold and garnish with Caramel.
