Vanilla Pudding

  • Difficulty: Easy


  • 1/2 cup sugar.
  • 2 1/2 tbsp cornstarch.
  • 2 cups milk.
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten.
  • 2 tbsp vanilla extract.
  • Ground cinnamon for garnish.


  1. Combine sugar and cornstarch in a heavy saucepan. Combine milk, vanilla and eggs; stir well. Add to saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until pudding mixture comes to a boil.
  2. Remove pudding mixture from heat. Pour mixture into cups and garnish with ground cinnamon and cookies if desired.
